I'm 2cm dilated and 60% effaced! Baby is head down but her head still floats up a bit when he pushes on it. The Dr says my cervix is very favorable for labor and I just need a couple of good strong contractions to bring the baby a bit lower. And on to a tmi note there was a nice glob of mucous when I went to pee in a cup at the Dr's office, and a little more when I wiped. I'm sure I am over analyzing everything but I'm hoping and praying I go sooner rather than later!
