I'm curious as to when you start to ween from BF. She has become so uninterested in nursing she about does a back flip and dances around on my boob and I'm starting to feel like a human jungle gym. I was wondering when you can start to add a little whole milk into their diet. I'm unsure how to go about it all. Any moms weening? what age is your LO?

It's recommended to wait until they are 1 years old to introduce WCM. I EP'd and started weaning from the pump at about 10 1/2 months by shortening then eliminating pumping sessions. I introduced WCM one week before his first birthday. I mixed 1-oz WCM with 5-oz BM in his bottles and upped the ratio over about a week until he was only drinking WCM. He had no problems with the transition.
