Critique 1st bday menu?

What am I missing? This is the first draft of many, I'm sure

We're doing a splash party with kind of a loose luau theme. 

Hawaiian pulled pork sandwiches
Ham/cream cheese pinwheels
Pirate's booty
Honey lime fruit salad
Tri color pasta salad
Maybe tortellini/spinach salad?

little nut cups with goldfish and swedish fish (separate cups, haha!)

white cupcakes with pineapple flowers on them

Pink lemonade & white peach sangria

what am I missing? It'll be Texas and the end of June, so it will be HOT. But we'll have around 40 people, so it needs to be doable for a big group.

What's Pirate's Booty? The only thing I see possibly missing is some sort of veggie but that might be covered with the booty...we had broccoli salad at our's and it was HUGE hit. You could also possibly add some chips and dip. A fruit salsa would help it stick more to the hawaiian theme.

pirate's booty is kind of like cheetos I thought it was kind of tropical-ish and they happen to be one of LO's favorite snacks

Do you have a Costco membership?   They have the yummiest mango salsa that would go great with chips.

I agree that you need some kind of veggie.  However, everything else sounds fantastic.  I love Pirates Booty too!
