Infertility

+++lady_chance+++

You are stronger than you feel and than you know. Yes, it's scary, but you're going to conquer your fears and then some! By the time this is over, you won't think twice about getting stuck with another needle.

I'm a big believer in ice.  I usually save and use the small ice packs the pharmacy uses to ship my meds.  Put it on for about 20 minutes.  You can go less, but if you're very nervous, just get yourself super numbed up.  Also, in my experience, shots in the tummy are less painful than in the legs.  Remember to keep a 2 inch perimeter around your belly button.

 Just breathe deeply and believe in yourself.  You've got this in the bag.  ;)

    You don't have to thank me.  I feel awful that the Menopur comments scared you. Just this past cycle, I had about 56 shots (lol) so you get comfortable with needles fast out of sheer necessity. Ha!  Be sure to let us know how it goes.  Hugs.
