Anyone else out there keeping their pregnancy a secret?

I just sent my info in for the new season of Secretly Pregnant. Haven't told my family yet because I had a miscarriage a few months ago and want to make sure everything is going according to plan this time.  But it certainly is getting tough to hide!

Go drum up interest in your lame reality show somewhere else.  We're all too sane for that kind of nonsense.

I'm sure there are some 18 year olds on the other boards who would love to be "famous."

I've seen that show, it wasn't good. I didn't see anyone on it who was 18 years old. I only watched it maybe twice but the women were all "mature adults"

I am almost 35 but I had my first child at 18 and at no point did I want to be "famous".

I find that really judgemental and just wrong. You can make a point without insulting anyone.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, and I hope you make the show. Personally, I hate reality television, so I will never see it.

I kept it a secret until I saw a HB on the ultrasound.. well 2 HB's.. lol

I think the people who submit to that show.. are submitting for other circumstances.. for instance.. the woman who was living out of a hotel and was scared to tell her mom..

I plan on keeping my pregnancy a secret. But I suspect my husband has already told his parents already. My husband's parent have been trying to talk my husband into getting a vasectomy for years. I am not eager to tell them.

 

I was almost on "Twins by Surprise".  But I did like how they represent labor as a disaster waiting to happen, in sample of "I Didn't Know I Pregnant" the production company sent me. Instead I submitted the twins' birth story to be part of a book: Simply Birth by Heather Cushman-Dowee and friends.  I do NOT get a profit from the book sales. I wasn't paid for my story.  Anyways, all my written birth stories are on the web for free.
