Hi Ladies,
Thanks for your support in my post below.
I have a question that comes from a TTTC post regarding injectables. Have any of you used injects with PCOS? Not just the HCG trigger but something like gonal-f? We're only sticking to TI and I'm worried about overstimulation with injectables. On Femara I usually produce 3-4 good sized follies... my interest in injectables is simply to improve egg quality. Not even sure if that's needed as my AMH numbers are good, but I've heard that test is speculative at best.
Any info?

Re: Injectables for PCOS? Graduates et al...
Not sure if this helps or is even relevant, but I have poly-cystic ovaries but not PCOS. For my DS2 and DD, I did a combo of Femara and Bravelle + TI to conceive them. Each time, it worked on the first round, so with DS2 I had 3 follies at trigger, but I think according to my estrogen levels only one egg released. And with DD I had 4 follies at trigger. Not sure about estrogen levels with her or how many eggs released but I only ended up with her. They monitor you so closely with the injectibles and I know that with DD, when he thought I might be starting to overstimulate he made me pull back on my dosage. So instead of doing 150iu the next day he only had me do 75 iu and then had me come back for a progress check.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them!
