one nap schedule-please share!

If anyone is on a one nap a day schedule, please share yours!! I know it seems early to be on one nap, but my close to 10 mo is now on one nap a day. We tried for a good two weeks to keep her at two naps, but she wasn't having it. Now we put her down around 11 AM and she takes one 2 hour nap, and is good for the rest of the day. I'd like to try to push her more to taking it at 12 or 1, but I like to nurse her to nap and if I nursed her at 9 or 9:30 she falls asleep, but then refuses to nap in the afternoon, so I've been holding off on nursing her until around 10:45, and I give her solids around 8 AM.  She wakes up around 6:30 AM and nurses.

Both of my kids dropped their second nap around 10 months. DD has dropped hers a little earlier. I have them on the same nap schedule so DD doesn't take her nap until around 1:30pm.

We've been on 1 nap a day for about 2 months.. my LO is about to be 1 yr.

 

Schedule:

730a: wake up

800a: breakfast + sippy of formula

1045a: lunch + sippy of formula

12-2p: nap

2p: snack + sippy of formula

5p: dinner + water

7p: bottle + bed

 

This is her daycare and weekend schedule.. I keep it the same regardless of what day it is.

we are still a 2 nap household ... i am curious about the 1 nap. I would like to do 1 nap this summer. how do you transition?
