First Appointment Update

We had our first appointment and ultrasound today, and everything looked great! We got to see and hear the little heartbeat (154 BPM!). It was such a relief after the spotting and cramping I had early on. The tech even printed out a couple little pictures. I measure a few days behind my eight weeks, but I ovulated late so I figured that would be the case. I forgot to ask if I could end my pelvic rest though! I'm waiting for the nurse to call me back. The Dr. said my cervix looked fine and he would review he U/S pictures. Do you think they'll make me stay on pelvic rest? I hope not!
