Hello everyone:)
I'm just now skimming/catching up on the week in our little online community and I see it has been a big one for many. I'm sending thoughts and prayers for all those dealing with difficulties that all of your prayers may be answered!
It's been a been week for us, too, and hopefully this news will bring a small smile to your faces: we have a son!
Luke Nathaniel was born on Wednesday at 3:11pm. The mini-birth story: M was induced early on Tuesday morning, the initial attempts to start labor were unsuccessful, but pitocin started at 5am Wednesday, docs manually broke her water at 7am, and she went from 3cm-10 in less than 5 hours. Then, she pushed for 3.5 hours like a champ and out came our beautiful boy:)
After those 3.5 hours and gushing over our boy, one of the first things she said to me was, "Yeah, I don't ever need to do that again. You're next." So...something to look forward to.
I'll try to get a picture up soon...but there's a little boy waiting for me right now!
Peace to all and thanks for all the support!
