No longer taking a bottle

My DS has been great at taking his bottles ever since we first introduced them to him at around 4 weeks (he's 13 weeks now).  However, this week the baby sitter said he absolutely will not take the bottle and acts like he wants to nurse (I nurse at night only and pump during the day).  This is making him super fussy.  Then at night he has been waking up ever 1.5 hours to eat and will completely drain both breasts at each feeding and I have a really good milk supply.  Any suggestions?  He has been drooling a ton and sleeping a lot during the day.  Could this be a growth spurt or teething possibly?
