I'm 18 weeks and i noticed I haven't been peeing as much. I used to get up once in the night and early in the AM and now I don't. is this normal or should I be peeing all the time? maybe I'm not drinking enough fluids but I'm nt sure?

Re: not peeing as much?
As long as your urine is clear, you're hydrated enough. I know mine is usually very dark when I wake up because I've slept/been in bed for 10-12 hours (a lot of tossing and turning involved there) and not had anything to drink since before bed. But during the day, if it's clear, you're good.
Once you get out of the first trimester or so, your uterus rises out of your pelvis and is no longer laying directly on top of your bladder. The frequent peeing will pick up once baby has gotten the hang of kicking you squarely in the bladder, however!

Im 33 weeks and never had the symptom of going constantly. I am plenty hydrated. I know this because I wasnt drinking enough water at first, and my fluid was low. I was drinking 80-100 oz a day for a short time to build it back up and still wasnt peeing all that much more.
Like PP said, light yellow pee is the best indicator of dehydration, not how much youre going.

Thanks for this reminder! I am a nurse and was trying to make sense of why I'm no longer getting up twice in the middle of the night...but I really didn't have a clue and it was driving me nuts:p
i've never had to get up at night to pee. I know at 1st i was drinking plenty of fluids but towards the middle of my 1st trimester i wasn't because it would make me gag. Now that i'm in my 2nd trimester, i've started drinking a lot of water again but i still don't go pee as much. I think it should be fine unless your OB or midwife has any concerns.
