Ok, I know a few weeks ago someone had posted a schedule of some sort for when to start taking RRL and how often (I know it increases as you get closer to magic happy birth time) Can someone help a sister out?
I actually make pitchers of Arnold Palmer (Tea/Lemonade) with it. I brew a big pasta pot/2quarts - brew the tea- add one quart lemonade and keep it on the fridge- I drink TONS of it- it's decaf, it's light, refreshing, cold...so it quenches my thirst- and if it tones my uterus, too- BONUS! lol
Just remember- it does' brig on labor or any other magical outcomes- I see a lot of that on posts. Just helps tone your uterus.
you can actually start drinking RRL as early as 12 weeks to help tone the uterus. it is best when started earlier. essentially, you are giving your body a longer window to tone.
1-2c/day in the second trimester
3-4c/day from 32-36 weeks
4c/day from 36 weeks on

Start at 34-36 wks. They recommend 4-6c/day.
