Medela Swing: "whistling" noise?

My Medela Swing is making a weird whistling noise when I pump. It sounds like air leaking but I haven't noticed a decrease in suction. Anyone know what it might be? It was suggested to me it might be from milk in the tubing which did happen last week. I cleaned it out and let it air dry last week and hadn't had any issues until today.

    Some times I find I have to really make sure the tubing is pushed all the way into the pump part that attaches to the bottle, it seems to become a bit lose. Maybe that's making the noise? Otherwise maybe you have to change the white filter flap?
