dd is 13m old and weighs 16 lbs she has had a declared milk, egg, and nut allergy since she was 11m. her pedi isnt worried about her weight considering all her previous bloodwork came back negative and dh and i are small but pedi wants her to gain more weight.
i ebf until she was one and now she is on soy milk. she eats avacodo which i know is high in good fats but what are some other foods? she eats literally just fruits, veggies, and meat. what else is high in calories????
Re: xp: high calorie foods (for milk, egg, nut allergies?)
Zachary also has allergies to milk and peanuts. A nestie told me about IM Healthy SoyNut Butter, which is a peanut-free peanut butter-like spread that is soy-based. It actually tastes really good! I got it at Super Target and Zachary has been loving his "SoyNut" butter sandwiches
If you google it you can find a list of stores that carry it.
Zachary also loves bagels and pasta. You could also toss her veggies in a little bit of olive oil to up the calorie content.
Food allergies stink! GL with your DD's weight gain!
I really, really like the mothering allergy boards for specific allergy questions about my DS. I'd ask the moms there:

We have lots of food allergies, carry two jr. Epipens, have intolerances, etc. If you can eat avocados, those are good. You can also open up flax see oil capsules and add it to applesauce. Add different oils to foods she eats (olive, canola, coconut if tree nuts are safe for you). Meats, chicken livers 9once a month) are other things we do. Bone broths (Any bones simmered in a crock pot) are very good as well.
Good luck!
