my 3 year old is out of control!

idk how we got to this point, he was never let run wild,neglected or anything like that. Yet here we are dealing with satans baby. he will call us stupid or dummy (grandma tought him that) when he gets mad. he will spit, and runs through the house screaming, he will not do what i tell him, he plays with a neighbors 2 kids and they are wild and never superzised outside. he will get on his bike and try to run off with them. and he cusses us out in some secret code he has learned or made up. i hav tried all kinds of disapline and it dont work.

Do you stop him, tell him behavior is unacceptable? Do you have consequence?

 

This exactly! However you are handling the behavior, you need to be consistent and everyone needs to be on board! You also need to have a talk with you mom or MIL about teaching him words like that!
