Spots-disappearing and reappearing

Sorry I haven't posted in a while...

Does anyone have any idea? My 11 month old got some spots on her face and hands yesterday. They disappeared then reappeared at about 6pm.

Today she has them again on her face and legs.

No fever. She's acting fine. The advice nurse said to keep an eye on her if she starts to act funny but had no idea what it could be.

 Any ideas?
