Hi Ladies,

I wanted to share a link the the AGES and STAGES Questionnaire on the Easter Seals website.  The questionnaire can help pre-assess your child for potential delays.  

You can skip straight to step three and enter your child's answers online.  They will send you a response within 2 weeks.  Hope this helps!

If your child does need Early Intervention they can help set you up!!
