5 month old growth spurt?

So, I should know this, but DS didn't have telltale signs when he went through a growth spurt. Now, with DD (she will be 5 months next week) I am thinking she may be going through this. She has been a low eater for the last 3 months (8-15 oz a day!) and is not up to about 20 oz! Sleeping about 10 hours a night and good naps. How long do growth spurts last? Or, I am hoping, maybe this is a permanent change (and she just wants to eat more now). For example, today, she had 12 oz by 9:30 am. This is how much she would normally take in 24 hours. How long did you notice your LO's growth spurt?
