Photo fun

Does anyone know of a software that you can buy/download that allows you to create either cards, calendars, or fun photo collages?  I am looking for one that may have some set templates but really lets you use your creativity using pictures, words and clipart.  Snapfish, tiny prints, shutterfly --- aren't really capable for what I'm looking to do...
