How to wean from the pump?

I'm hoping to wean from the pump soon as long as we have enough frozen milk to send to daycare till ds is one. I currently pump during the week at 10, 1, and 4 for ten minutes each time. Ds nurses around 7:15am and then twice between when I get home about 5:46 and bedtime around 8/8:30. What order would you drop your pumping sessions and how would you go about doing it? I plan to bf at least until he's one maybe longer but just not pump. Tia

I've been reading the suggestions today in this post.  I am considering this too since he will be 1 yr in just 7 weeks and I have a massive freezer stash.
