It looks like all of your prayers, thoughts, good vibes, etc, etc have helped tremendously!  In fact, they have worked wonders -- so, THANK YOU!!!!  I last posted after Wednesday's RE appt and ultrasound (gestational sac seen along with blood clot, told I would likely miscarry).  The red bleeding, thankfully, never did return (just minimal brown spotting through today).  AMAZINGLY enough, it looks like there's been a definite upswing in my situation.  I went for another ultrasound this morning.  Good news #1 = The blood clot has gotten smaller (RE is now referring to it as a subchorionic hematoma, which isn't entirely uncommon and he isn't very concerned).  Good news #2 = The gestational sac has gotten bigger.  Good news #3 (the best) = As RE was looking for the yolk sac (which he did locate), he got sort of excited and told me to hold my breath.  He then pointed to a flicker on the screen...Nemo's heartbeat!!!

Needless to say, MH and I were ridiculously shocked and excited!!! I even blurted out, "Holy s**t!" when RE told us what the flicker was.  All three of us really went into this appointment expecting the worst.  RE said that I'm still at an increased risk for miscarriage -- something about the ratio in sizes between gestational sac to yolk sac to embryo and the fact that I'm measuring behind (although, I *think* even that is better than it was last week).  Still not totally in the clear, but I think we're finally going to allow ourselves to breathe and live in this moment for now!  Currently, I'm pregnant...for real and more so than during those never-ending beta tests!

This has been the biggest emotional roller coaster of my life thus far.  From cycle #1 being cancelled after 8 days of stims to having only 1 embryo to transfer (when we had all intentions of transferring up to 3) to that lone embryo being only 6 cells on ET day to the torturous beta he!l to last week's scare -- it's really going to take me some time to even start to let my emotional guard down.  I certainly wouldn't have stayed put on this roller coaster quite so well if it weren't for so many of you here on this board!  You have all been such sources of inspiration, strength, comfort, and comic relief!!!  Thank you so, so much for everything!!!  I'll probably soon be dipping my toe over into PAIF, but I definitely want to continue keeping up with everyone's updates over here -- I'm wishing you all much success and will continue to keep all body parts crossed for you!!!

MH: 37, Dx Obstructive Azoospermia, multiple successful sperm retrieval procedures

1/2012: IVF/ICSI #1 Antagonist = cancelled d/t poor response to max stims
2/2012: IVF/ICSI #2 MDLF (4R, 4M, 1F) = BFP, saw heartbeat, missed m/c 9w0d, D&E
8/2012: IVF/ICSI #3 EPP/MDLF (7R, 2M, 1F) = BFN

12/2012: (New RE) Operative hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue

1/2013: IVF/ICSI #4 Low-dose stim/Antagonist (AFC=6); ER=1/26 (5R-couldn't access rt ovary, 5M, 4F), ET=1/29 (trans 3) = BFP!; 2/11 beta#1(13dp3dt)=2127, 2/13=3367; twin girls due 10/19/13

PAIF/SAIF very welcome!

    Haha, I was worried you were going to sneak away without your own post so I had to call you out... but it looks like you beat me by 30 seconds or so.  :)

    Congratulations, so happy for you!

    Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

    IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

    Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

    I've got tears in my eyes for you Joules!!!!  That is wonderful news!!!  I'm going to continue to keep fx for you that all will continue to go well!!!  Yay!!!!
    DX: Severe MFI (very low motility) in 2006. 2 IVF's and 1 FET ended in 3 losses. Adopted our baby girl born 10/2/10. FET March 2012= c/p. Officially done with fertIlity treatments. Plan to start adoption process again 2014/2015.

    IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
    Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
    SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

    Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    Wonderful news!!

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Nemo is quite the miracle baby. Its so nice hearing that success stories about how people can beat the odds when dealing with beta hell.  Fingers crossed for more good news!

    Single Mother by Choice. Life didn't work out the way I planned so I did it on my own. IUI #s 1-3, unmedicated = BFN, IUI #s 4-6, 50mg Clomid, Ovidrel = BFN IVF #1: 23R, 20M, 17F. 5 day transfer 2 blasts. 2 Snowbabies BFP 6dp5dt, Beta #1 7dp5dt = 58, Beta #2 9dp5dt = 114, Beta #3 10dp5dt = 187 1st Ultrasound = 5/3, not much to see yet. 2nd Ultrasound = 5/17, TWINS!!! Hospital Bed Rest at 32 weeks due to pre-ecclampsia and severe edema. Audrey Grace, 5lbs9oz, & Lydia Louise, 6lbs, born via emergency c-section on 12/6/12 at 36w1d My IVF Journey
