When you dropped from 5 to 4 bottles

I'm pretty sure that DS is ready to drop to 4 bottles b/c the time between feedings has been stretching to about 4 hours.  But my question is...do I just drop the bottle/oz completely?  Or do I take the oz and spread it over the other bottles?

He currently gets about 34 oz.  (16 oz total between morning & evening nursing and then 3-6oz bottles during the day.)

    We dropped from 5 to 4 bottles about 6 months. She started stretching out the times between bottles from 4 to 5 hours and between mid morning and mid afternoon bottle is actually 6 hours. It got to the point where there just wasn't enough time in the day for 5 bottles.

    DD has always been a great eater, and has been on 4- 8 oz bottles for a few months.

    I would increase the oz in the other bottles if you drop one.

    Holy smokes... Mine still does at least 6 bottles a day at 7 months!  And three solid meals... He's a healthy weight, too!

    Missing my little one lost at 9 weeks on 2.24.13. brokenhearted but not broken... 

    d&c 5/21/13... Still Healing, Still Standing... 

    MMC discovered 10/2/2013, TWINS... d&c 10/7/2013.  I still miss you, little ones. 

    Surgery December 2013 to remove a 10+cm fibroid... Open myomectomy. Benched for 3-9 months... 
    Will TTC summer Summer 2014 we hope!

    Dear God, Since I couldn't hold my little one in my lap and tell him about you, could you hold him in your lap and tell him about me?

    about 6.5 months i dropped to 4 bottles.  I added oz to the 4 to make up for it and she has been doing excellent with it.
