Strange bladder question

Does anyone elses bladder literally hurt when it gets full? I've asked my doctor about it and he doesn't seem concerned, but it's pretty painful sometimes. I'm sure it's all just part of it, but dang it hurts!

Mine did this is my 1st tri. My OB said it was actually the pressure my full bladder was putting on my uterus that was causing the pain. He said not to worry.

It does hurt a little bit especially at night when I'm trying to sleep, but I'm assuming that it's normal.
