Pets

How have your pets been getting along with LO? My dogs mostly just ignore her, unless she has food, and then they are her BFF's.

  • My cat is obsessed with him!!! When's Dylan's rolling around the floor she lays down next to him and lets him rip out her fur. When's Dylan's in his bouncer she lays underneath his feet and lets him jump on her. It's weird.

  • The cats keep their distance but aren't really bothered by him.  The dog rarely even acknowledges him as a human and will step on him if it means getting to us.  So the dog gets very limited contact.

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

  • I have two cats and a dog. All three of them love her. My female sleeps in E's room at night and my male cat will check on her when she naps. Our dog tries to play with her and lets E pet him. All four of them are too cute. E's eyes light up when she sees any of them and she will reach out for them to come to her.

This is us minus the cat. we have two dogs and they just don't even seems to acknowledge her. One will step on her if shes in the way and shes a big freaking dog. So we have to watch them closely when they are out together,

  • The cat is attached to her all the time, which surprised me because she (the cat) HATES children and would hide under the bed whenever my niece (5) would come to visit. She will jump on my lap when Kaylee is napping on me and sleeps in the bed by Kaylee's feet. So far we've only had one fur pulling episode and even then Demon just looked at me like "mooooooooom, make it stop!"

The dog thinks she's overrated and has expressed her opinion of the baby by peeing on the carpet every-single-day since we brought her home.
