Need advice on putting 9 mo old in BOB

I can't figure out how to securely strap my 9 month old DD in the BOB stroller (2011 Revolution). The "crotch" strap and the hip straps are plenty tight but the straps over her shoulders aren't. I tried putting the straps behind her shoulders, like in her car seat but that makes the straps even looser. Any advice?

I dont' have any great advice for you, but I remember being frustrated by the same thing around that age with DS.  My husband finally took the straps completely apart and put them back together and managed to get it tight enough. I'm not sure what he did, but it worked!! Maybe try that?  Once he got just a little bit bigger, it was really easy to adjust and make him comfortable. Good luck!
