Thoughts? Considering it, to replace an Ergo I was given, because it seems to be lighter and more flexible fabric. Also like that the forward facing front carry option would be available. I'm 5'2" and I feel like the waistband on the Ergo is too wide and bulky. DD will be 2.5 when #2 is born and I anticipate wearing #2 more than I did DD while out and about.
Thanks for any opinions!
Re: Lillebaby EveryWear carrier
My BFF has a Lillebaby and loves it. I gave it a try. I am under 5'2 and Ergos feel to big for me, so I know what you mean. The Lillebaby is indeed floppier than an Ergo, as you mentioned. Personally, I think that means it is less supportive, and I didn't care for it. But, I am not a big SSC fan in general, I think that wrapping is the most versatile and supportive option. But, back to SSCs. Have you tried a Beco? Those are supposed to be better for shorter moms, but they are even more supportive than an Ergo thanks to an internal harness. In terms of front-facing, I agree with PP. Front-facing is not best for your back or baby's position If baby wants to see around, a back carry is a better option.
My BFF had baby 2 and continues to love her Lillebaby. Different strokes for different folks!
