Guess who's got a tooth bud!

M is budding her first tooth! I'm so excited. It's her bottom left center tooth. How did I find out? She was gnawing on my finger, and I felt a little sharp spot. I took a look, and there it was!

Did she teeth fairly easily?

Actually, yeah. She had a feeding strike for a few days that kinda worried us, but she hasn't been feverish or too fussy, so that's good.

That's cool - my first teethed nice and easy - only a low grade fever and some interrupted sleep. My youngest doesn't get warm at all, but gets sleep cranky for two nights when there are any changes to her gums and teeth. It's still much easier than some of the stories I've heard. Nice to know we get a break every once in a while, huh?
