Hmm I am not 100% sure, but I don't think so. I have been getting a lot of headaches and my Dr. said to take tylenol and some caffeine to stop them. Don't think she would have said that if it contained caffeine.
No, regular Tylenol doesn't have caffeine. Excedrin is a combination of aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), and caffeine; and many pain killers marketed at "Headache Relief" or "Migraine Relief" have caffeine, but regular Tylenol is just good old acetaminophen.

No, it doesn't. The only pain meds I know of that do are Midol and Excedrine.
