Another newbie question-Prepping New Diapers

I received some CDs for a shower gift and my mother in law accidentally washed them.  I know I need to prep them but I am not sure what to do exactly.  Right now it is just a few FLIP covers, inserts and some Bumgenius AIO.  She washed them on cold/cold with liquid Tide free and clear.  How did you prep your diapers?  We are using AIOs and FLIPs.  Thanks for your help!

i wash everything once, and stick it through the dryer to seal the PUL, and tide free and clear is CD safe -- so you should be good!
