I'm loving to hate this program. Workouts are completely insane, but I've dropped from a 10/12 to loose 8 and lost >15 lbs since starting in combination with WW online. Haven't felt so fit since prior to my first pregnancy almost 5 years ago!
Yay insanity lol. I'm only on week 2 but I love love love it!!! I did slim in 6 before this and with insanity now I'm feeling great too. I can't wait to see how good I feel at the end although I've heard 2 nd month is very intense but that is kinda exciting lol.
Just google search insanity workout... It's a beach body Shaun t workout..it's very intense and you will get a great workout. You can order if offline. A friend of mine did it and then passed it to me. It's a 2 month program and you do different workouts 6 days a week. It's challenging but you feel so good
Good for you! Insanity is fun (in a sick sort of way). I made it through week 5 last year and then had a bad concussion (not related to Insanity) and had to take about 6 weeks off of hard exercise. I never got my momentum back with that round, but I plan to do a lifting/Insanity hybrid to lose the baby weight this time.
Keep up the good work--the level 2 workouts are no joke!
I did the program last Nov and LOVED it, by the last week, I was ready for the program to be over bc I felt I had achieved such a high level of fitness that I was getting bored, bu the results were great. Keep up the great work!
INSANITY is an AWESOME program. I completed it 2 summers ago and I was doing TurboFIRE when I got pregnant. I'm currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme and then I'm going to hybrid it with TurboFIRE. I perfer Chalene Johnson programs over Shaun T.

I was doing this before I found out I was expecting. I had 3 weeks left to complete the program and had to stop. Oh how I miss it! I will sure be getting back to it in 7 months. Good luck to ya'll.
After doing insanity last year I got hooked on beach body workouts and have since done turbo fire and just started p90x2/les mills pump hybrid. Just found out I'm pregnant so I'm going to be sticking with Pump since I think its a prefect pregnancy workout and add in some walking/jogging. I decided to become a beach body coach to help other stay/get fit if anyone needs any help or support let me know!
