Today Caiden wouldv'e turned 1

Today my precious baby would have turned one. We did different special things too remember him & celebrate his life. We brought a big bouque of ballons too his grave, We also bought some to release which amazingly they went right through the trees :) & didn't get stuck. We mad his resting place so sparkly with tons of confetti & pretty momentums that we all picked out, different little toys & things. My son & I made cupcakes for him & I was so suprised as how well my son handled it. He told everyone today is his brothers birthday & do they want a cupcake for his birthday. When we picked out toys & balloons for the baby he was very into picking stuff for little brother & wasn't the least bit selfish, all he could think of was his baby brother that was just so precious too me. My 4 year old has seriously been my little rock through all of this hes better than a counselor its awesome how gorwn up he is about it & actually talks to me & knows automatically whats wrong if he sees me crying I love my sons both Baby Caiden & Xavier with everything & my new little one inside I can't wait too finally hold you in my arms....

    TTC since November 2009. DH diagnosed with sperm antibodies. IUI #1 = BFN IUI #2 = BFN On the road to IVF....     Happy belated birthday Caiden!!!!  I have a 4 yo too and am amazed at how well he processes everything.  I am surprised at how well he seems to understand things and how he brings up Annabelle at random times.  I'm glad your day went so well and that you were able to celebrate his first birthday in such a nice way.

    Are kids are so precious, I think there the best medicine for healing. Xavier keeps his memory going hes always bringing him up too its nice to know that are older children actually understand & miss are babies as much as we do & it really helps to be able to grieve freely around them but he inspires me to get up & keep on going. Hugs too you all & thanks for all the support Big Smile
