Same here - I get random cramping - nothing I can time though.....yet. ?I have heard that is normal as long as they are not consistent and coming 5 minutes apart.....
I had menstrual like cramping last night for several hours, accompanied with contractions, which I always have (BH). I got paranoid after a while so I called the MW and they told me to come in. It turned out I was having contractions every 3-4 minutes, and I had no idea. I thought they were like 10 minutes apart. After I laid there for awhile, the contrax were 6-7 mins. apart. They sent me home. Told me to take a bath and drink water.
I'm still having contrax. today, but no cramps.
So you might try drinking water and taking a bath.
At my appt yesterday I asked about this and mw said it's fine but if it doesn't stop when I drink water and rest then to call. I have noticed it happens to me when I overdo it.
