I've been throwing around design ideas for your nursery...
Here's what I think, with a warning that I like a lot of color...
Crib skirts - yellow/white patterned fabric, not gathered, but straight/flat (does that make sense?). Add a 2-inch band of fuchsia a few inches up from the floor, so there's about 3 inches of the yellow/white pattern below the band of fuschia.
I'm not a bumper girl, but I'd get aqua fitted sheets for the mattresses. The sheets paired with the dresser (love the colored dresser, btw) and the aqua is done. Another option here would be grey, but with the grey walls, that might feel like a ton of grey
Curtains - I like the yellow/white patterned fabric for the whole thing (if there was just one window), but since you said there were several, I'd probably go with YellowUmbrellas idea - big white panels with the patterned fabric at the bottom.
Twin bed - here is where you can add you grey/white chevrons. I'd include at least one fuschia throw pillow on this bed.
Rocker cushion - fuchsia.
Changing pad cover - grey or grey/white pattern.
It sounds like a lot, but your walls are neutral grey and the curtains are potentially mostly white. You also said the room was pretty big, so I don't think it would look too crazy. It looks great in my head. It seems like a fun, happy, sunshine-y room to wake up in!
ETA: ooh, and maybe a fuchsia based lamp for on top of that aqua dresser!

Do you have a nursery board and any particular requests?
I need more fun stuff to think about while I put my house back together. My DH "cleaned" the house this weekend and I can't find anything, silverware mixed up, unmatched socks thrown in dressers...grrr.
