Thanks, ladies! I should mention that DH and I love Audrey. Aubrey has only recently grown on me... Definitely doesn't have the same classic, timeless feel.
Audrey is classic, Aubrey seems sort of Southern to me, which I actually like.
My guess is that if you name her Audrey, it'll be pretty easy for her. If you name her Aubrey, a lot of people will probably *think* it's Audrey or ask her to spell it or need to be corrected.
I like them both, Audrey is just more common because it has more history.
Aubrey reminds me of an unrecalled Lindsay Lohan movie where in the trailer she says "My name... is Aubrey." Anything I can associate with Lindsay Lohan is automatically not classy. Even without the association it just has a low-class feel to it.
I like both but would personally only use Audrey. Aubrey seems pretty trendy right now, both here and in my RL circles.

My DD is named Audrey, obviously I love it. When she was born, I kept hearing "Oh my so-and-so just had a baby girl and named her Aubrey with a B" Seems like Aubrey is more common but I don't like it.
I think Audrey is beautiful and classic (ie: Audrey Hepburn). The only Aubrey I've ever known was the total hot mess express and ruined the name for me forever.
I love both but I like Audrey more because it is classic.
I agree.

Audrey is nice because it's more classic, and it has the connection to Audrey Hepburn (and who doesn't love her?).
Aubrey is nice (to me) because it feels "different" from Audrey. It's more spunky, daring, and fun. I picture a girl named Audrey being very refined, polite, and ladylike, while a girl named Aubrey is more carefree, adventurous and energetic.
If we have a girl, she will be names Audrey. I had a dream over a year ago that I was somewhere with who appeared to be my current daughter and someone had called her Aubrey and within my dream I rolled my eyes and in my head thought "It's Audrey". Also around that same time my daughter picked out a doll at the store whos name was Audrey.

This. Aubrey seems a little trashy to me. Audrey is lovely! GL!

IMO Audrey = classic
and Aubrey = trendy w/ to many "cutesy" spellings
You can't go wrong w/ Audrey though there are alot of them popping up now.
I agree.
