We switched completely to sippy cups when we started WCM. She had no problem ditching the bottle. Her only complaint was that I wasn't warming the milk, so I've been warming it less and less so that eventually I can give it to her straight from the fridge. She gets 3 or 4 sippies per day, approx 6oz each.
We started using sippy cups at 9 months and kept changing them with her age range. When we switched to milk at 11 1/2 months i just cleaned all the bottles and put them all away so she couldnt even see them around. She didnt have any problems switching from the bottle to the sippy cup. She went from the soft stage sippys and now uses the ones with the straw or the hard ones for 12 months and up.

DS has no problem with drinking WCM. But, it has been really hard to ditch the bottle. He LOVES his bottles. As of his one year appt he was still taking 5 bottles a day. We went down to 4 last week. This week we are trying 3. I'm wondering if it would be best to just ditch them altogether instead of slowly torturing him.

Joshua still gets 2 bottles per day. He refuses to drink milk out of a sippy. He'll drink water all day long from one but rejects it if I put milk in it. He gets on the low end on the amount of milk 16-18 oz per day. He gets one before nap time & one before bed time so I know I am in real trouble and need to get him going to sleep without having a bottle beforehand and get rid of the bottle.

Em gets morning, bedtime and occasionally a naptime one. I'm letting her self wean unless we get to 18 months and she's still wanting it then I'll just go cold turkey like we did Aiden. I'm pretty sure I could get rid of it now and just give her a sippy but she's on the small side so I like her to get the extra calories she gets from a fortified bottle.
