Photo Prints Locally?

I guess I can try somewhere online, but I'm always leaving it to the last minute and would love to find somewhere better locally.

I've been using Costco this last year, but the last two times I've had photos printed there, they turned out terribly. They looked like someone had tinted them darker than they actually were. I didn't have this problem in the beginning with them.

1. Could it be related to ordering pictures online vs. bringing the files to the store?

2. Do you have somewhere better that you'd recomend?

It shouldn't make a difference if you order them in store vs online. I would recommend mpix.com if you want to go the online route. The only local place that I would do is Precision but I would check mpix first because they have a pretty fast turnaround time.

Ditto pp.  I get all of my prints done at Precision, but I've heard great things about mpix too.  There's also Holland Photo, if you're south.
