I can't sleep. When I do fall asleep, I wake up in the middle of the night and am awake for several hours. I know that I won't get to sleep much with a newborn, but I wasn't planning on the sleepless nights to start so early. Sigh.
Same here. It's really miserable. I get to sleep ok, but am usually up at 3:30. I can go back to sleep later on the weekends, but just miserable during the week. I feel your pain Benadryl or Tylenol PM help me sometimes. I usually take something after a couple of nights of insomnia to try to get some relief, but it doesn't always work. Good luck and I hope it gets better!
Feeling your pain! I wake up because of the horrible upper back pain and can't seem to get comfortable or to fall back asleep for hours!! I think the 3rd trimester tiredness is because of all the lack of sleep!
I feel your pain. Besides just generally being uncomfortable sleeping on my sides, I've started waking up with leg cramps recently. I've been drinking water like an s.o.b. and stretching my calves, but it's not helping Last night was really bad because they wouldn't go away right away when I tried to flex my feet and dh woke up to my sad whimpering sounds as I tried to work out the cramp
Nevermind me, I'm too distracted by my mini-carrots to think properly

Oh me too. It SUCKS. Mine is especially bad on Sunday nights and most of the week. I just have so much on my mind and when I wake up for pee at night I can't get back to sleep.
I've been having trouble with this, too. Once I fall asleep, I'm okay, but the process of falling asleep is taking way longer than normal (despite benadryl and such). Not a fan.

Same here. I try using some deep relaxation apps on my iPhone, and those don't seem to help, either. It's mainly when my heart starts racing for no apparent reason. I actually went to see a cardiologist about it, because it's been going on forever now. I'll find out today what's going on, or if it's just the fact that I have twins...and I have all of this extra blood flowing in my system.
