Are these inserts ok used alone or just as doublers? Thanks!

I use them inside my pockets by themselves and have no problems.  They really absorb fast.

I've used it by itself and as a doubler for naps.  Works pretty well.  Mine have only been washed a few times so I am thinking they will get even better with time.
