First day of milk

and DD has been pooping alot.  Last count was 11.  Sometimes we get a new diaper on her and 10 minutes later, she is going again.  It is not alot each time.  She is 5 days old.  Could it be the adjustment to the milk?  Thanks for any help.

DD used to poop every single time she ate. And often between feedings as well. Sometimes I think we changed her before she was done going and then the next one was just finishing the first poo. Sounds normal to me, but mention it to the pedi, especially if LO isn't gaining weight well.

Bonnie was pooping at every feeding around 5 days old, as well. She just started pooping less, at 2 weeks.

We counted 20 poop diapers one day in the first 2 weeks. She pooped SO much the first few weeks. I thought 20 was unheard of, but pedi assured me it was fine. We're down to about 6 poopy diapers a day at 6 weeks.

Sounds normal to me. LO got a diaper rash even though I was changing him all the time. Triple paste cleared it up in no time. LO is a lot older than your but now poops every 5-6 days! Just something to look forward to!
