I'm majorly jones-ing for some tex-mex and margaritas, and can't find it anywhere around here. I've decided to just start making my own, and would like to invite some new friends over. Does anyone have any great tex-mex or margarita recipes? We eat super healthy, but I need some cheesy Chuy's-style goodness stat. Thanks!
Re: Need menu help - tex-mex and margaritas
sounds too simple but it is so tasty:

This is super yummy:
It's just 1 can of Sprite, 1 can of limeade (6 ounce), 1 mexican beer (I
use Dos Equis) and 1 empty container from the limeade filled with tequila.
Enjoy!
I highly recommend Homesick Texan's Cheese Enchiladas.
