Changing nursery decor

So I know I'm getting way ahead of myself but I'll ask anyway...

I read that a lot of you have your LO's sharing a nursery, which is the same situation we will be in when our second baby comes.  We are a long way away from finding out if it's a boy or girl but my question is:  if you have a girl and a boy sharing a nursery, did you change the decor to something more gender neutral for the both of them?  DD's nursery is not super girly, but it's definitely feminine.  The new baby will sleep in our room the first few months but will move to the nursery after that.  What did you all do?

I am having another girl, but if we were having a boy I would do a more neutral them in nursery. It really depends on what you want to do, if what you have is feminine you may want to get something else for the both of them.
