Help me with Stroller advice

I need a stroller that I can take my THREE MONTH OLD twins to the park in.  I received a McClaren Twin Buggy for a shower but haven't gotten it out of the box.  I am wondering if this stroller is safe for 3 month old infants or if I need a different stoller.  I won't be doing running, but walking trails and such (mostly concrete sidewalks).

if it has a full recline you can use it for infants.  If it's not a full recline you need to wait to about 6mo.

We have a Twin Triumph (I think. If the Techno is the cheaper model, then that's the one we have). We've been using it occasionally for about a month (so starting at 4.5 mo or so). It has a decent (but not full) recline but they are just fine in it laying back. We have a set of "snugglers" we put in it at first, but I've since ditched them as it seemed to make them uncomfortable.
