National Immunization Survey

Has anyone been contacted and asked to participate?  They called me twice in the last 24 hours (at 7:30 both times, I was doing bedtime and it went to voicemail).  I looked on the CDC website and it is legit but you have to give permission for them to access your child's immunization records (they send a form with your permission to your drs. office).  I am just not sure how I feel about participating. I was hoping someone else had done it before I return their call.  I may call my pediatrician's office in the morning and ask as well.   

I am not a perfect follower of immunizations btw, although I don't mind if the government knows.  We delayed Hep B and Varicella.

We haven;t been contacted.  Do they just want access to your kids' records?

I have not been contacted for this study but we participated in a newborn study and I felt like I was helping someone :-)
