Pain in Hips

Has anyone else who has had a cs had pain in hips and back soon after? I am only 6 days pp but pains just started yesterday. I just tried to get off the couch and felt like someone was stabbing needles into my hip bones. Only lasted less then a minute. Pain is not anywhere near incision.

I had my son 2 months ago by C-section, and my back still hurts... but I have been having hip pain on my left hip.. Idk what it is.. maybe from the Tendons and muscles re cooperating from the 9 months and after post pregnancy... but I do know what you mean,.. For me it's when I get up, do some walking or lay on my left side in bed..
