The Heartburn!!!

in 1st Trimester
This baby # 2 for us and I don't remember having heartburn this bad till the end of my 2nd trimester. I am only 5 weeks preggo. I am taking the antacid that my ob gave me and it is not working. Just wondering if any of you guys had any remedies that might help me.

    I feel the same way.  I did not get heartburn with my first until close to my third trimester, but had it almost immediately with this one.  My doctor OKed Pepcid for me, but drinking a glass of cold milk has really been my best quick remedy.  I thought I was going crazy having it so early this time around.  Glad I am not alone!

    I'm experiencing it also and just found out about my BFP today.  I seriously thought I was crazy and was re-examining the foods I was eating to see what might be causing it.  Glad I am not alone :)
