My family has always gotten all our jewelry appraised, cleaned, etc at Dondero's in Vineland. They're a family-owned business and are nothing but professional and awesome. I had a stone fall out of my engagement ring (which wasn't even purchased there) and they replaced it. When it fell out again, they replaced it for free and said if it kept falling out, they' keep replacing the stone for free or would talk to me about a new setting.
If you go, see if you can ask for Mary. Mary's my favorite and she's really nice and very knowledgeable.
