Another Fenugreek ?

I just bought 610mg capsules at GNC yesterday. The bottle says to take one to two capsules daily but I know ladies on here take more than that. Is different brands different in the intake....should I just take more than it says, I called my LC and she has no idea, she's not all familiar with fenugreek.

to see any icrease I had to take 3 610 mg capsules 3 times daily.  So 9 caps per day,

I smelled like maple syrup, but I did get flowing rivers of milk!!!

I had to do the same thing as Brahim, but it helped immensely with my supply issues. Good Luck!! =0)

3 capsules 3 times a day.  After awhile, when my supply got to where I wanted it I changed it to 2 capsules 3 times a day.
