I remember when I was on TTGP and lurked on the BMB and tri boards a lot of talk about snail trail during pregnancy. I don't have this. Just thin, watery moist discharge that I've had this entire pregnancy. Is snail trail something you get near the end? Does everyone get it? Hmmmm. I'm not sure why I just thought of this - but when I was lurking it seemed so common, and now I hear nothing of it.

Re: Snail trail.
I know what you're referring to, but I distinctly remember it being mentioned on PG boards. On TTGP there was always talk about EWCM and the like, but I don't remember snail trail in relation to fertility. Oh well, I'm not complaining about not having it!
ETA: FWIW, I did a Google site search for TB and all of the first results were from PG boards.

I've only ever heard of it when trying to get pregnant - specially told by my doctor to watch for this when I was trying to get pregnant. I have no idea how it relates after pregnancy. Sorry...

LOL. Before I was KTFU it seemed super common, so I was surprised I haven't gotten it yet. Maybe the constant wet discharge is my version of it? When I still use to read BlairWaldorf's blog, I remember her referring to it as the glue between your a$$ cheeks and a thong. That has been burned into my memory.
