Potty Training Day 1

My goal was to have my ds potty trained by 2 1/2, but that didn't work.  He refused to sit on the potty chair and any amount of bribing didn't work, so I postponed.

Today is the day!  He still won't sit on the potty chair, so we bought one of those seats for the big toilet.  He has sat on the toilet three times, but after the third time, he went in his underwear.  I set the timer on my phone to go off every 20 minutes.
