Odd pain

A couple of nights ago I was putting sheets on the crib mattress and had this sudden pain in my groin when I stood up.  I'm not talking pain in my pelvis or lady parts, but like I had pulled a left groin muscle.  It's been sore off and on since then depending on how I move and I just chalked it up to trying to do too much until today when it switched sides.  It's been coming and going since about noon and will be on one side only, then both or switch from one side to the other.  Has anybody else felt this?

Sounds like baby's hit a nerve.  I've had that happen.
